What`s Doing on Kent?

An Electrical Dangerous mishap on Kent Ave bet South 9-10 St. on July 13, 14 prompt an Emergency crew to fix situation at around midnight.

The Oosten is a Luxury Developement Residential site! Extending a full square block. On Kent Ave Bet South 8 St to South 9 St. On Wythe Ave Bet South 8th and South 9th.

Underneath and to side are recent photos and videos of The Spitzer Construction Site. The Property extends from South 9th St. to Broadway on Kent Ave. Ground Breaking took place about a year ago. This site will turn into Luxury Apartments Complex.

Police presence before the Fireworks Monday Eve July 4th 2016

Sunday July 3rd 2016, we had a stunning Sun-Set by the East river. This photos were taken from the park by the River. the East River was afloat with many ships and boats that came here to celebrate the weekend. we will keep and surprise you with the beauty of the River & the Floating surprises. from the tranquil sail boat to commercial-ships,

Sun July 3rd,2016, New construction started next to the Cement Company. Huge barges came in with long metal beams that are being pressed into ground. also, huge heavy metal pipes were hauled in by barge, and are being distributed around the site. as you can see one barge with huge metal pipes is still floating around in back of Cement Company.

Building #77 in the Navy Yard. Current News, The Brooklyn Brewery just leased 75.000 Square feet in this building. they are moving from 79 North 11 St. Brooklyn. The Beer Company will also occupy the roof, which they will transform into a Garden. Visitors will also have a Panoramic view from Bridges, Lower Manhattan, Manhattan Skyline and East River.

Building #77 in the Navy-Yard is seen in back of the ‘Arch” a remnant from the times Ships were built here. This Arch is in desperate need of repair. the Arch is not visible from street.

June 16 2016 about 5am, a magnificent Sun-Rise although it was cloudy/rainy, the sunray vibrated though the clouds creating this deep pink hue in the entire surrounding Williamsburg Bridge.

Heavy dense smoke was pouring from a structure at the center of Navy-Yard, this morning Jun 16 about 8 am.

Wednesday June 08 2016 The President of USA was here in town New-York City this afternoon. Evidently security was beefed up. lots of Police Boats were seen here on East River and around the Bridges.

June 08 2016, Police Boats are seen here around the navy-Yard in Brooklyn on E. River late in afternoon today, as security was tight due to the Presidents visit herein the city.

The Yellowcab Taxi just arrived with more guest.

Mid May 2016, This ‘Landmark’ Water-Tower that sat so proudly on top of building at corner Wythe & South 10 St. was taken apart . This tower, assume, was more that a Century old, enhanced & beautified most of my Sun-Rise photos & videos that I took. The area looks so empty without this structure, it was sad to see it gone.

These are some of the beautiful Sun-Rise photos that I had taken though the years, as you can see the Water-Tower serves like an icon in the background. The water-Tower added so much flair to the pictures. Also it served as a recognition point, as where the Sun was coming up.

This huge monstrous industrial ship is unloading gravel at the Cement company. These piles of assorted gravel are also visible from the Williamsburg Bridge.

Sunday May 1st 2016n New York Bike-athon, the bikers arrived here on Kent Ave & South 10-11- – Division Ave at around 10:20 am. seen are the very first Bikers in back of a Security car.

The Democratic Debate between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, took place here, in the Green House Building at the Navy-Yard on April 14 2016. in the evening at 9 pm. This building is not visible from the street. You can see this building from the East River, also from the Boat Deck & Garden by the Schaeffer’s Esplanade, South Williamsburg. The Yellow boats were bringing the guests to the Event.
