The Navy Yard is a vibrant Commercial & Industrial gated area.
It was a large shipyard, many war ships were built here in the past
today it serves as a repair and maintenance place for industrial ships.
Steiner studio is located at Entrance on Flushing Ave
Many interesting activities are taking place here including
large and different ships are ducked here for lengthy stays to be repaired.
The Leigh Cement company is also here, generating lots of traffic
from wee hours of the day, gravel trailers, and cement trucks
enter and exit continually throughout the day.
Many private companies/businesses lease here space, in the surrounding multi story buildings.
you must have ID to enter gate.
