The Elice Oldendorff is a huge Commercial Ship about 2 blocks long, The Elice, came in Friday morning loaded with gravel. The crew works 24/7 unloading. above, you can see the Elice coming in. At Left and on bottom huge shovels pick the gravel from the buttom of ship empty the forks into holding panes. Then the gravel is pulled through a long shoot,and poured upon the the gravel piles/hills/mountains. as you can see in the video. These gravel piles can be seen from the Williamsburg-Bridge.
