Enjoy: The 4-5 busses that are assigned to serve the residents of the place
Buses 1,2,3, circle the village hourly, pick-up and drop off residents at their requests.
Buses 1,2,3, will pick you up at the closest station to your residence will take you to Public and bring you back on hourly basis.
Bus # East will take you to Walmart, Home Depot, also stops at some Doctors office and then comes back to the village.
Bus # West will take you to other shopping centers Walmart, Ross, Aldi, The Outlet-Mall and more.
you can always take the next bus back an hour later.
There is a tentative schedule printed each month. with the hour’s days, and destination.
These buses are very convenient. you can practically leave your car behind.
There are at least 12 beautiful pools scattered around the village including an indoor pool at the Clubhouse.
a Therapeutic circled pool with a current next to the pool at the Hasting Building.
There is also a big modern and efficient GYM with many modern exercise equipment available to serve the needs of the residents.
also, a big gym room with an instructor free of charge that does basic standing and sitting exercise. everyone is welcome!
There is also water exercise instructors at the Hasting and Clubhouse pools * you can easily get information about the timing and days.
There is also a primary path the encircles the entire village. about 2.2 miles long. you start walking and eventually you will reach the spot where you started.
The village is about 7 miles from the ocean, a very straight route * Take Okeechobee at the corner straight to the overpass that leads you to the beach. To the famous Clock area.
The park on the side of the Clubhouse boasts many tropical trees, birds of all sorts, plus some surprise flocks that enhance the season.
The clubhouse has many different programs for the hobby lovers, like the woodshop, glass-shop knitting club and more.
2 publications appear monthly the *Advocate and U.C.O. Reporter, most of the information pertaining the village appears in these papers.

Good Morning All- Earlier this week, one of owners of the CV Medical Building, Jacob Frankl, informed me of the following:
– The CV Medical Building has been sold. I was not told the name of the new owner.
– The new owner plans to develop 7000 square feet of the first floor into a pharmacy, and expanded grocery store, and possibly a deli.
– The new owner will lease back part of the first floor and the outdoor swimming pools to Khal Chassidim of WPB.
Construction work at the pool area resumed this week. This morning, I took some pictures, attached to this email.

This section, enclave is like as Oasis ni the Desert. Especialy the one story building with all those tropical gardens surounding them. hy, for a moment you need to adjust your thought to see were you really are. Is this in some central African Laand , or by the Amazon Forest in Brazil? Actually, we are here in WPB enjoing the view!
